Your right to deletion

Blue Oak Media LLC ("Blue Oak," "we," "us") honors requests to delete personal information we hold about you. This includes data collected through forms on blueoakmedia.com and data we process through our apps and integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@blueoakmedia.comwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name, email address, phone number, or Facebook/Instagram account name associated with your data so we can locate it.
3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
4. We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days of verification and send you written confirmation when it is complete.

Facebook and Instagram apps

Our Meta apps are used to publish content to, and read reporting from, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that Blue Oak owns or operates on behalf of clients. They do not collect personal data from the general public. If you have interacted with one of those Pages or accounts and want related data removed from our systems, follow the steps above.

You can also remove our apps' access to your Facebook or Instagram account directly: open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find the Blue Oak app, and choose Remove. Data held by Meta itself is governed by Meta's own deletion tools and policies.

What we keep

We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, invoices and tax records) or where needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Anything retained is kept only for as long as that purpose requires.
